The wave offers camps, clinics, in house league programs for basketball players of all skill level.
Travel Basketball teams
Our travel teams are selected based on our tryouts. Coaches will evaluate the players during tryouts and make a team of no more than 10 players. Practice is vital to the success of our players and our program. Coaches invest 100% in our players and we expect 100% effort from our players at practice. Coaches will make an effort to give every child playing of time. However playing time is earned by, attending practice, giving effort, and listening! Coach Durkin has a system that is proven to win at all levels. When the kids buy in, we have success and our our players will improve. Winning is one of the goals of The Wave every time our players step on the court but that comes second to making our kids successful at the next level as varsity and college basketball players.
CUSTOM BASKETBALL AND MULTISPORTS CLINICS
Wave coaches can come to your home or work at local gyms to help level up your child’s game! We can even come to your driveway and run a clinic . Parents can also put together their own custom class with their own child’s classmates or friends. Children will be taught the basics of basketball such as , dribbling, shooting, passing, and team offense and defensive concepts and also be put into an organized game towards the end of the class!
AFTER SCHOOL AND RECESS PROGRAMS
Dave Mangum and The Wave organizes and runs popular after-school programs for local elementary schools. Options include flag football, basketball, indoor floor hockey, kickball, baseball and more. Westchester Wave also runs recess programs.

Rates: $150 per hour for one coach for up to 12 children, $225 per hour for two coaches for up to 25 children.
